When you request a custom quote we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type into the form. When you buy something we collect the details needed to fulfil the order, such as your name, email address and shipping address.

Card details are handled by our payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, make and ship your order, handle replacements or refunds, and keep track of Velk Rewards if you join. If you ask us a question by email, we keep that conversation so we have the history if you come back.

The shop, checkout and quote forms on this site run on the Velk Studio platform, and orders are delivered by shipping carriers. Those providers only receive what they need to process a payment or deliver a parcel.

We email you about your own orders and quotes. If we ever send store news, every message includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can also just reply and ask.

The site uses the small amount of browser storage needed to keep your cart and shop session working. Blocking it in your browser may stop checkout from working properly.

The store is intended for adults buying hobby products. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Email hello@velkstudio.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will keep only what we are required to keep for tax and order records.
