Terms of Service

Every piece is designed by Velk Studio and made in small batches. Some items ship ready to go, while custom and made-to-order pieces need a short creation window before they ship.

If you need an order by a specific date, email us first so we can confirm whether the timing works before you pay.

Items are produced in small runs, so small variations in color, crystals and finish are normal and part of the craft rather than a defect.

Prices shown in the shop are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout before production begins.

Orders ship once your piece is finished. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, but if something goes missing, contact us and we will help chase it.

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, reach out with your order details and photos and we'll make it right.

Email hello@velkstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order with the product name, a description of the issue and photos if you can take them. We will either replace the piece or refund it.

Custom work starts with a request and a personal quote. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are confirmed in writing by email before production and are not covered by the standard replacement policy for change of mind. Genuine faults are still put right.

Velk Rewards members receive 20 points just for joining and earn Points on purchases, which unlock the discount tiers shown on the site. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and reward tiers may be adjusted over time.

Original designs, photos, product text and branding on this site belong to Velk Goods and may not be reused without permission.

These are decorative art and jewelry, not toys. They contain small parts and fragile glass or wire, so keep them away from young children and pets.
